Le Petit Duck Shoppe is a Canadian store and all orders ship from Canada.

Le Petit Duck Shoppe ships orders within Canada, as well as to USA and International addresses.

Please note that all prices and shipping costs listed on the Le Petit Duck Shoppe web site are either in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars depending on the country and currency you have selected.

Shipping rates and rules differ depending on your country selection so please read the following shipping information carefully.
Shipping fees are determined by the size, total order amount (after any discounts/credits and before taxes), as well as the shipping destination. The shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process.

Currency & Taxes

All prices listed on the Le Petit Duck Shoppe web site are either in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars depending on your country and currency selection.

If you are a Canadian customer, note that your purchase will be subject to Canadian Federal and/or Provincial Sales taxes, which are determined based on your shipping destination.

• British Columbia: 5% GST
• Ontario: 13% HST

International and US shipments are not subject to Canadian taxes, however your purchase may be subject to duties and taxes upon entry at your country’s border.

Le Petit Duck Shoppe offers FREE shipping within Canada for orders totalling $99 CDN dollars (before taxes) or greater.
For orders that do not qualify for FREE shipping we offer flat rate shipping rates across Canada as follows:

• British Colombia, Alberta, Saskatchewan: $19.99 + taxes
• Manitoba: $18.99 + taxes
• Ontario: $15.99 + taxes
• Quebec: $12.99 + taxes
• Nova Scotia, Newfoundland/Labrador, New Brunswick, PEI: $19.99 + taxes
• NWT, Yukon/Nunavut: $24.99 + taxes
   

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days using Standard Delivery with tracking information and email notifications. Standard Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
Please note, Standard Delivery to some remote areas may take up to thirteen (13) business days.

Le Petit Duck Shoppe is a Canadian Store. Goods that you purchase online from Canada and have shipped to you to the United States or Internationally may be subject to duties and taxes upon entry at your country’s border. USA and International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes. These duties and taxes are determined and charged by your country’s Customs Authorities, not Le Petit Duck Shoppe, and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

* Important Update for Shipping to USA Addresses

Effective August 2025, the United States suspended the De Minimis exemption for goods shipped from Canada to the United States.

What Does This Mean?

Previously, low-value shipments could enter the United States duty-free and tax-free under the De Minimis threshold.
With the exemption suspended, all shipments from Canada to United States addresses may now be subject to duties, taxes, or additional customs processing fees, regardless of value.

How This Affects Orders to USA Addresses:
You may experience additional costs upon delivery of your order.
Delivery times could be longer due to increased customs inspections.

• FREE shipping promotions are not available for orders shipped to USA and International addresses.
• Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes

• Orders are shipped Standard US and International Delivery with tracking information and email notifications. Standard Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.

Carriers may deem a package undeliverable for the following reasons:

Incorrect Address:

If the shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, the carrier will return the package to Le Petit Duck Shoppe. Is it best to always double-check the shipping address, telephone number and email address carefully when placing an order.

Parcel Refused by Recipient:

If a recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. When sending gifts to others, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. If parcels are refused and returned to us, return shipping charges may be charged to your credit card.

Other Address Related Issues:

In rare cases, the address label suffers damage or becomes illegible during the shipping and handling process.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

Most carriers make three (3) attempts to deliver a package before returning it back to us as undeliverable.

Certain rules and policies may prevent Le Petit Duck Shoppe from shipping to a particular country. To verify whether we ship to your country, you can email us at distribution@lepetitduckshoppe.com.

Le Petit Duck Shoppe reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.

If you would like to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any requested changes. Please note that once an order has been packed and prepared for shipping it is no longer possible to make any changes.

Le Petit Duck Shoppe does not offer refunds, only exchanges.

For any defective or damaged product Le Petit Duck Shoppe will offer a full refund or exchange of the same item. You have 15 days after the original purchase date to notify us and return any damaged or defective item. We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the date that we receive the returned item. If returning the item by post, note that mailing costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original order to issue any refund and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
