Le Petit Duck Shoppe ships orders within Canada, as well as to USA and International addresses.
Please note that all prices and shipping costs listed on the Le Petit Duck Shoppe web site are in Canadian Dollars.
Shipping rates and rules differ depending on your country selection so please read the following shipping information carefully.
Shipping fees are determined by the size, total order amount (after any discounts/credits and before taxes), as well as the shipping destination. The shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process.
Currency & Taxes
All prices listed on the Le Petit Duck Shoppe web site are in Canadian Dollars.
If you are shopping from outside of Canada please note that you will be making your purchase in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert the Canadian dollar purchase to your local currency and that amount will appear on your credit card statement. The exchange rate is determined by your credit card company and not Le Petit Duck Shoppe.
If you are a Canadian customer, note that your purchase will be subject to Canadian Federal and/or Provincial Sales taxes, which are determined based on your shipping destination.
- Quebec: 5% GST and 9.975% PST
- Manitoba: 5% GST
- British Columbia: 5% GST
- Ontario: 13% HST
- Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island: 15% HST
- Saskatchewan: 5% GST
- Albert: 5% GST
- Any other Canadian province or territory: 5% GST
International and US shipments are not subject to Canadian taxes, however your purchase may be subject to duties and taxes upon entry at your country’s border.

Le Petit Duck Shoppe offers FREE shipping within Canada for orders totalling $99 CDN dollars (before taxes) or greater.
For orders that do not qualify for FREE shipping we offer flat rate shipping rates across Canada as follows:
- British Colombia, Alberta, Saskatchewan: $19.99 + taxes
- Manitoba: $18.99 + taxes
- Ontario: $15.99 + taxes
- Quebec: $12.99 + taxes
- Nova Scotia, Newfoundland/Labrador, New Brunswick, PEI: $19.99 + taxes
- NWT, Yukon/Nunavut: $24.99 + taxes
Orders are shipped Standard Delivery with tracking information and email notifications. Standard Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
Please note, Standard Delivery to some remote areas may take up to thirteen (13) business days.

USA and International Shipping Addresses:
Le Petit Duck Shoppe is a Canadian Store. Goods that you purchase online from Canada and have shipped to you to the United States or Internationally may be subject to duties and taxes upon entry at your country’s border. USA and International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes. These duties and taxes are determined and charged by your country’s Customs Authorities, not Le Petit Duck Shoppe, and therefore cannot be refunded by us.
Please contact your local Customs office for more details, information, and estimated fees before ordering.
Please note the following:
- FREE shipping promotions are not available for orders shipped to USA and International addresses.
- Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes
- Orders totalling more than $800 USD (approximately $1000 Canadian dollars) cannot be shipped to addresses in the USA, including territories and Mexico.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should a carrier return an undeliverable or refused package to us, we will issue a full refund to your credit card, less any return shipping charges.
Orders that are returned to Le Petit Duck Shoppe as undeliverable cannot be reshipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were not delivered, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
Reasons a Package is Undeliverable:
Carriers may deem a package undeliverable for the following reasons:
Incorrect Address:
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, the carrier will return the package to Le Petit Duck Shoppe. Is it best to always double-check the shipping address, telephone number and email address carefully when placing an order.
Parcel Refused by Recipient:
If a recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. When sending gifts to others, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. If parcels are refused and returned to us, return shipping charges may be charged to your credit card.
Other Address Related Issues:
In rare cases, the address label suffers damage or becomes illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
Most carriers make three (3) attempts to deliver a package before returning it back to us as undeliverable.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain rules and policies may prevent Le Petit Duck Shoppe from shipping to a particular country. To verify whether we ship to your country, you can email us at [email protected].
Le Petit Duck Shoppe reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.
Changes to An Order
If you would like to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any requested changes. Please note that once an order has been packed and prepared for shipping it is no longer possible to make any changes.
Refund and Return Policies
Le Petit Duck Shoppe does not offer refunds, only exchanges.
For any defective or damaged product Le Petit Duck Shoppe will offer a full refund or exchange of the same item. You have 15 days after the original purchase date to notify us and return any damaged or defective item. We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the date that we receive the returned item. If returning the item by post, note that mailing costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original order to issue any refund and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
